Lovely perfume, lightly spiced, a sniff of musk & flowers. Super-dry, it’s vibrant & fresh. An excellent, crisp number, with an edge of textural grip, and, nice level of opulence.
A wine drawn off the skins after a brief maceration and long temperature controlled fermentation. 70% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, 10% Syrah.
